'Ndiaz
A futuristic fest-noz by one of the leading groups of the new Breton scene
An explosive power quartet blending jazz, world music, Balkan, trance, and dance music. Based in France. Touring year-round.
‘Ndiaz is one of the flagship groups of the new Breton scene. An explosive power quartet blending jazz, world music, Balkan, trance, and dance music. Dance music, a hybridization of influences, and a sound exploration that brings a brassy elegance and explosive trance.
The music of the group, enriched by dozens of concerts across Europe and the Americas (Quebec, USA, Brazil), is designed for celebration and the exultation of bodies. Their new album La Brune invites us into that unique moment of the day, bathed in colors revealed only by the arrival of evening.
They have already performed over a hundred concerts across France, Europe, the UK, and the Middle East, including festivals such as Celtic Connections (UK), Colors of Ostrava (Czech Republic), SanaFest (Sweden), Le Grand Soufflet (Rennes), Du Bleu en Hiver (Tulles), Jazz à Junas (34), Jazz & Co (Landerneau, 29), Jazz en Phase (44), Vibrations (Rouen)…
